  • After your expression of interest we’ll assess your site and carry out a consultation with you. Dependant on your requirements we provide initial concept design sketch ups and/or a fabrication quotation. Once we have secured the project we’ll advance to detailed design and/or manufacturing. When completed we’ll ship to your site and make arrangements for installation.

  • Our processes are transparent, we’ll keep you regularly updated from day one. You’re project will be allocated a Wonderbox project manager who you can check in with for progress updates at any time.

  • A Wonderbox project manager will accompany all deliveries and will facilitate any repairs and modifications through a carefully vetted local sub-contractor.

  • There are several options for handling installations:

    1. Your own in-house installation team handle this.

    2. A local installation company is contracted in by yourselves or by us.

    3. This scope is assigned to a competent existing site sub-contractor.

    4. We send an installation team to site.

    Installation is project specific and we will always make the right choice along with you in the interest of an efficient and successful result.

  • Shipping is included and shown as a separate line item. In some cases there may be more than one shipping route option. Sea-freight is the standard method of shipping.

  • Comprehensive insurance is always included and is shown as a separate line item for your peace of mind. All insurance documentation is shared for transparency. You’ll be covered by our 12 month snagging guarantee.

  • We mitigate the risk of delays by working only on projects with sufficient lead times to incorporate expected shipping times and with a margin for error built in. If short lead projects are undertaken then the risk profile is highlighted to you for final decision.

  • Cost savings are dependant on several factors and are project specific. You can expect to make cost savings of *10-30% on the scope of work assigned to us.

  • We operate globally and perform due diligence to ensure that all materials used for your project are compliant with your national and local regulations.

  • Duties and taxes are dependant on your geographical location and government agreements in place. In many instances there are no duties and taxes levied on our goods. In the event that there are duties and taxes, these are included as a separate line item on our billing.

  • Our materials are sourced from environmentally responsible suppliers. Sustainability and eco-consciousness are important to us.
