Joinery
We have equipped our factory with top-of-the-line CNC woodworking machinery, routers, panel saws, and other technical woodworking tools to be able to deliver projects within stringent deadlines. Our state-of-the-art production facility reflects our commitment to providing our clients with the best quality wood work and joinery. No expense is spared in setting up this facility, and we ensure that our clients receive only the highest standard of workmanship from us.
Metal Work
Our fully-equipped steel engineering division, and qualified technical staff ensure that we have the manufacturing capability to successfully complete your project. This means that we can design, manufacture and deliver any steel components required for your project without the delay, difficulty and expense of outsourcing it. A CNC fibre cutting laser and automated bending press are features. Our experienced welders are capable of mig, tig and arc welding techniques.
Quality Team
Our workshop is equipped with a highly skilled workforce capable of meeting the demands of various projects we undertake. From experienced wood machinists, CNC operators, bench joiners, to French polishers, we have all the skills needed under one roof, ensuring we deliver to our clients' needs. The factory is well supported by an administrative team of project managers, estimators and logistics managers.
Paint Work
The factory boasts two custom-built spray booths with an accompanying drying room. Our booths are fully pressurised and dust-free, which allows us to achieve the best possible quality in our finishes. Our spray paint team are highly experienced and receive on-going in-house training from our paint vendors to ensure that their application of the paint is always the best it can be. This allows us to offer our customers the most highly rated paint finishes available to the market.
Dust Free
High powered industrial vacuum systems keep our joinery work areas dust free which is healthier for our teams. This also assists with our production efficiency and delivers cleaner finished products.
